Job Description 

• Teach provided curriculum to youth

• Provide weekly activities for youth

• Provide flexible hours Sun-Sat for youth

• Complete detailed documentation with date, time, place, and detailed activity plans and provide to program Manager daily

• Complete supervision every three-weeks with program manager

• Driving required: 90%

Job Requirement 

• Possess a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college in human service or 2 year experience in area of service

• Must be 21 years or older

• Possess dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, valid proof of insurance

• Experience in Trauma-informed care

• Experience in crisis management

• Demonstrated ability to teach, be a positive role model, and to work well with other members of the team, i.e., parents or other care givers, social workers, law enforcement, court services staff, school personnel, etc.

• Background check required

• Copy of college transcript for proof of degree or resume which includes applicable references for proof of experience.

• Responsible for providing verified background check
