At Foundations-Helping Hands Project our organization aims to focus on homelessness with youth who are in foster-care, actively, and potentially homeless.

Through our community organizing and partnerships, we are able to provide hygiene supplies to youth between ages 12-20 years of age. The Executive Director noticing an increasing number of homelessness with foster youth through her work as a community social worker. Which directed the team of this organization to begin Foundations-Helping Hands Project in Wyandotte County.

Our organization works actively in the community with other organizations through partnerships and community organizing.
